February 26th, 2020, 6:00 pm: Informational meeting at the Orlando Melbourne International Airport, One Air Terminal Parkway, Melbourne, FL 32901 (Enter through the customs terminal, use elevators to the 2nd floor administration offices. Your parking ticket will be validated)
NEW DATE- May 27th, 2020, 6:00 pm: Team Captain's Meeting at Running Zone (3696 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32935)
NEW DATE - June 6th, 2020: Tent Rental DEADLINE
NEW DATE - June 11th, 2020: PRICE INCREASE from $25 to $30
NEW DATE - June 16th, 2020: Last day for team member switches and transfers at 11:59 pm
NEW DATE - June 16th, 2020: Registration Closes at 11:59 pm
NEW DATE -June 17th, 2020: CAPTAIN'S PACKET PICK UP Captains may come to Running Zone between 12:00 pm and 6:30 pm to pick up their team's race bib numbers.
TEAM CAPTAINS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP THE TEAM'S RACE BIB NUMBERS. Individual participants please contact your team captain to coordinate how to receive your race bib numbers. All finishers will receive a shirt at the finish line after the race and virtual race bags will be sent via email.
Info For Team Captains:
Team captains receive a technical t-shirt for leading their team in this event! Mark your calendar for the Team Captain's Meeting on May 27th at 6:00 pm at Running Zone, Beer and Snacks provided!
Team captains need to register as a team member if they wish to participate in the event. Please note, this is a separate step than registering your corporate team.
Shirts and Medals for all finishers will be at the finish line!
