The Suntree Turkeytrot is a great opportunity to get some exercise and have some fun before stuffing yourself with all that turkey and trimmings on Thanksgiving Day!
On top of that, you can help the worldwide effort to find a cure for juvenile diabetes. Proceeds will go to the Brent R. Gooch Memorial Fund of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Founded in 1970 by parents and grandparents of diabetic children, the JDRF is the world's leading non-profit, nongovernmental funder of research to find a cure for diabetes.
This event honors the late Dr. Brent Gooch, a Suntree resident who spent his life treating and seeking a cure for diabetes. Although a diabetic from his youth, Brent's courage and caring were a daily inspiration to his family, friends and patients. This event commemorates his commitment to fitness and his zest for life & family.
Entries will be limitied to the first 1000 entries. There will be a raffle after the Fun Run. Winner must be present for grand prize.

- 7:15am Late Registration and Packet Pickup at Suntree CC
- 8:15am Late Registration and Packet Pickup ends
- 8:30am RACE START!
